Is everything really made to order?

Yes. Nothing sits in a warehouse — every piece is cut and made for you in our London studio once you order. No overproduction, no dead stock.

How long until I get it?

Each piece is made in three days, then shipped. UK delivery is 5–8 working days from dispatch; EU and international, 5–8 working days from dispatch.

This piece is available — will it sell out?

No. We make to order: if you can see it, we can make it.

How should it fit?

Like a second skin. Our technical jersey is engineered as shapewear — it runs tight and sculpts by design. Take your usual size for that fit; size up for less compression.

I'm between sizes.

Size down to sculpt, up for comfort — or order Custom and we'll cut it to your exact measurements.

What is Custom?

Custom is made to your exact measurements instead of a standard size, available on every piece via the size dropdown. The closest thing to couture.

What does Custom cost, and can I return it?

Custom is priced per piece, depending on its complexity. Because each Custom order is made for one body, Custom is final sale — non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We'll confirm your measurements with you before we cut.

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?

Worldwide. UK £5.99, EU £14.99, International £23.99 — all free over £300.

Can I return a standard size?

Yes — unworn with tags, within 14 days of delivery. (Custom is final sale.)

What's it made from?

Regenerated ECONYL® nylon — reborn from waste — in a technical stretch jersey. Full details on our Fabric & Care page.
