Every CRITTER piece is made to order in our London studio and is typically dispatched within 3 working days. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

International orders
Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. CRITTER cannot predict or control these amounts, and they are not included in your order total or shipping cost. If you'd like an estimate, please check with your country's customs office before ordering. Parcels that are refused or returned because duties were left unpaid may incur return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
